By inviting Xponent Bot to your Discord server or using the Xponent website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately remove the bot from your server and cease using our services.

2. Description of Service

Xponent is a Discord bot designed to provide activity tracking, leveling systems, and community engagement features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Xponent, you agree not to:

• Use the bot to violate any laws or Discord's Developer Terms of Service.
• Exploit bugs, automate XP farming maliciously, or disrupt the bot's infrastructure.
• Sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Xponent require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Starter" plans). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our pricing terms. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Failure to pay will result in a downgrade to the free tier.

5. Limitation of Liability

Xponent is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or server disruption resulting from your use of the bot. Server owners are solely responsible for how the bot is configured within their communities.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of Xponent after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes may be announced in our support server.
