Refund Policy

1. General Refund Rules

At Xponent, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with our Pro and Starter plans. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are unhappy with the service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The request is made after 7 days from the initial purchase date.
  • The charge was a recurring subscription renewal, and you forgot to cancel your subscription before the billing cycle date.
  • Your server or account was banned from Xponent or Discord for violating Terms of Service.
  • Payments made via certain non-reversible Cryptocurrency methods (if applicable).

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Canceling your subscription prevents future charges, but it does not automatically refund the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your paid billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 7-day window, please open a ticket in our Support Server or contact our billing support with your Discord User ID, Server ID, and proof of purchase.
