XP Freezing
Need to stop someone from farming XP without kicking them? Admins can use the dashboard or bot commands to "Freeze" a member's XP. While frozen, they cannot earn any XP from messages, reactions, or daily check-ins.
At-Risk Member Detection
Available on the Pro plan, the Analytics dashboard tracks member retention. It automatically flags "At-Risk" members—users who were previously highly active but haven't sent a message in the last 7+ days. This allows you to proactively re-engage them.
Data Retention Logs
Pro servers get extended 90-day data retention logs, allowing you to view long-term trends in server activity, identify peak hours via the 24x7 Activity Heatmap, and export data for your own records.
